Other than owning a non programmed LAPD surplus Motorola, I cant see getting better station 147.mHz frequencies. It is a priveledge to hear live action & understand RD's, PO I & PO IIs & what they have to deal with on a daily basis & just what is really going on in the neighborhood.Its an eye opener!
